Kebab In Baking Paper |



  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped lamb and saute until almost done for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oven at 200C.
  3. Place a baking sheet which is twice as large as your baking tray. Leave the excessive part out, you will fold it on kebab. Transfer lamb into it.
  4. Place garlic cloves among lamb pieces.
  5. Line onion rings on them and place tomato rings and halved peppers on onions.
  6. Put small pieces of butter on everything randomly.
  7. Mix tomato paste, pepper paste, salt and spices in a small cup and pour it over all these.
  8. Now fold the excessive part of the baking paper on it. Then wrap it with aluminium foil and place into your oven.
  9. Cook about 45 minutes.
  10. Serve on a plate or on sliced pita with some yogurt sauce.
