Avocado may not be a Turkish vegetable (or a fruit?), but I do love to use it in my cooking. I love to discover new recipes with it. One of my best experiments with avocado was this Orzo Pilaf with Avocado. You can use it in pilaf or in salads if it is not too ripe and stiff enough to slice. Ways of eating avocado is endless. Apple rolls are always great sweet treats but they are even better in Fall since there are various fresh apples at bazaars in this season. My favorite is always green sourish ones, but these rolls are made with sweet apples, you decide the color. I saw some organic apples at our local bazaar last week and used them in this recipe, you know organic foods have better tastes and these rolls became divine with that distinctive flavor of apple.
