    Quick Watermelon Mocktail

    Jump to Recipe

A refreshing summer drink like this watermelon mocktail would be the best thing to beat the heat on intolerably hot days!

What is the best way to feel refreshed when you don’t have a chance to go out? Taking a shower definitely works, but its effect doesn’t last long! You can expand this refreshment with water guns, but you need someone to play. What if you have works to do or a baby to look after? Then you need something else!

Watermelon is probably the most favorite fruit in summer, so why don’t we make a summer drink using this fruit? It’s juicy and refreshing enough, so it needs little work to become a lovable liquid!

If you love cold drinks like this, you might want to see our cucumber lemonade and vodka lemonade.

I think watermelon is sweet enough and it doesn’t need any additional flavors, so I didn’t match it with any other fruits for this fresh summer sip. To give it a sparkling effect, I used purely natural mineral water. Do not confuse it with soda or artificially produced mineral water! I’m not sure whether there are mineral water springs in other countries, but we do have them and they are all so healthy! Please use natural mineral water if you can find it in your area. Leave it out if you can’t.

I love an additional dollop of watermelon as a bonus in my summer drink, so I scoop some watermelon with an ice cream scoop to make it look more attractive!

A summer drink could offer more than you think. I guarantee you will feel like you’re swinging your legs on a bridge over a cool river when you drink it up!
