This homemade oreo ice cream is flavored with vanilla and calls for only 5 ingredients. No eggs needed! So easy to make that you won’t want store bought ice creams again. Add as many oreos as you like in your ice cream.

This Vanilla Oreo Ice Cream is for those who are looking for homemade ice cream without eggs. It is so creamy and perfect to beat the heat in summer. If you are a fan of oreos, this will become your favorite ice cream. You will be hooked! You won’t want to buy any packaged ice cream this summer once you make this easy peasy oreo ice cream recipe with a hint of vanilla.

The first ice cream I made at home was an easy Eggless Strawberry Ice Cream and seeing how it makes me feel great, I’ve tried several ice cream recipes since then. Either with an ice cream maker or without it. I know not everyone has that machine. Well, friends find it so cool when they learn that I have an ice cream maker as it is not something in everyone’s kitchen. I sometimes feel lazy when it comes to the cleaning part, so I prefer no-churn ice cream recipes even though I have one.
How to make oreo ice cream without an ice cream maker?
If you need a no churn oreo ice cream recipe, I’d recommend using sweetened condensed milk (14 oz). What you need to do is to whisk 2 cups heavy cream and vanilla until soft peaks form. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk using a spatula. Fold in the crumbled oreos and transfer this mixture in a loaf pan and freeze it covered with foil for 5-6 hours.

You don’t have an ice cream maker and you run out of sweetened condensed milk, but still want to make this recipe? Don’t worry! I have a solution for this. Use my ultimate no-churn method I shared in Elastic Turkish Ice Cream recipe. No matter what ingredients are used, you can use this method and have the same result. So just ignore the churning step in the instruction part of any ice cream recipe you want to try and follow the method I explained in that post.

Vanilla Oreo Ice Cream is a combination of an easy vanilla ice cream and roughly crumbled oreos. I like to feel the chunks of cookies in the ice cream so I don’t blend them to make tiny pieces. I simply crumble them using my hands instead.
What I like about this Vanilla Oreo Ice Cream is that it’s eggless. I’m not against using eggs in ice cream, but things get easier for me when there is no egg in the recipe. No egg, no mess!
More Ice Cream Recipes
My all time favorite ice cream is Creamy Lemon Ice Cream, but I do love to try new combinations like Mint Ice Cream, which is as refreshing. The lovely yellow and green colors of these two, which are completely natural are so attractive. I’m mostly on the fruit side when it comes to ice cream just because I find them more refreshing, but I can never refuse a good Chocolate Ice Cream, either. Who can say no to anything that contains oreos? I promise this Vanilla Oreo Ice Cream is not an exception.

Regular white sugar.

Put it in a container with a lid and place it in the freezer. Take it out every half an hour and stir well, put it back to the freezer. Repeat this for 4-5 times. Finally after the last stirring, keep it in the freezer overnight.
