Some time ago I asked my friends the most romantic food for them and got two responses. Some of them said strawberries, some said chocolate. I agree with both, but have another idea to share. So what makes these two even more romantic? Their combination! I made these Chocolate Dipped Strawberries for these friends with my personal touch on them. I think if we are talking about romance, sprinkles must definitely have a role!
Chocolate Dipped Strawberries with sprinkles are always a winner and solve your problem if you are looking for an impressive gift for that special someone. You might leave the sprinkles out and go with chocolate only, but it means the humor and the purity of a child are also left out. That’s what sprinkles mean to me. We always need to smile, don’t we? Do use these pretty colorful edible beads!
Don’t you think that these chocolate dipped strawberries are perfect to welcome spring? If you feel happier, more energetic and renewed when spring comes, let’s celebrate it with these cute treats!
It’s always fun to make chocolate dipped something, so you can involve your guests or kids too! I’m sure they will be pleased.
The best part is that you won’t feel guilty when you indulge in these chocolate dipped strawberries. Not only the kids but also adults are huge fans of this treat and they disappear very quickly whenever I make. Impressing someone doesn’t have to be pricy.
When buying strawberries, you can choose the ones with stem which helps you dip the berries into chocolate. If they don’t have sems, don’t worry. Use my method. Insert toothpicks into strawberries; they become your handle and leave them there. Toothpicks will help when eating as well. Everything will be less messy this way.
An important tip before dipping the berries into chocolate: They must be totally dry. You can’t coat them with chocolate if they are wet, so wash them well beforehand, put them on paper towels and gently pat dry while the chocolate is melting.
Don’t see strawberries in your area yet? Try these Chocolate-Dipped Marshmallows! They are as impressive!
