Fresh Strawberry Margarita
Margarita with loads of strawberry and lime.

- 12 oz fresh strawberries hulled
- ½ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 cup tequila
- ¼ cup orange liqueur
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup ice for serving
- Salt and fresh mint leaves for garnish
Put your glasses in the freezer and chill them well before preparing your cocktail.
Put salt on a plate. Rub a lime wedge around the edge of each glass and dip glass rims in it. Put them aside.
Put strawberries, lime juice, tequila, orange liqueur and honey in a blender and blend until smooth. Skim off the foam on the top.
Add in ice and blend at low speed to crush ice and combine everything well.
Pour into glasses, top with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
