Buttered Corn with Chili

Dried corns are boiled, buttered and topped with chili powder.
Yields: 6

COOK 30 minutes
TOTAL 35 minutes

INGREDIENTS
  

  • 1 cup dried corn
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Soak dried corn overnight.
  • Boil it with 2 cups water in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes and drain.
  • Share it in cups when corns are still warm and add enough butter on each.
  • Sprinkle salt and chili powder over them.
  • Serve warm.
