Black Beans and Avocado Toasts

Fast, nutritious and tasty toasts topped with avocado and black beans.

INGREDIENTS
  

  • 2 slices of bread of your choice
  • ½ avocado
  • 4 tablespoons boiled black beans
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • ½ lime
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Mash avocado and slather it on bread slices.
  • Top with black beans and green onion.
  • Sprinkle salt and squeeze lemon on each.
  • Eat immediately!
