Avocado Green Goddess Dressing

Healthy avocado dressing that is ready in 5 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

onion
finely chopped

cup
herbs
parsley and dill

lemon squeezed

tablespoons
olive oil

teaspoon
salt

whole ripe avocado
1
tablespoon
water
optional
INSTRUCTIONS
Put chopped onion, herbs, lemon juice, olive oil and salt in a jar.
Mash the avocado well and add it into the jar.
Place the lid and shake well until combined.
Add a tablespoon water if it is too thick and shake again.
Keep it in an airtight container in the fridge up to a week, but finishing it within 2 days is the best because it tastes better.
NOTES
If you prefer your dressing creamier, use your food processor. Put everything in it and blend until smooth.
