Almond Milk Crepes

Completely dairy free and come out wonderfully thin!  They are sugar-free and very low in calories.

Ingredients

- All purpose flour - Salt - Eggs - Almond milk - Oil

Prepare the dry ingredients

Whisk together the flour and salt in a large bowl. Set it aside.

Prepare the wet ingredients:

In another large bowl, whisk the eggs, add in almond milk and whisk well.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients:

Pour the wet mixture slowly into the dry mixture. Whisk constantly until smooth.

Pour the crepe batter:

Add about ¼ cup of batter to the greased hot pan.  swirl the pan so the batter runs across the entire base area.

Cook the crepe:

Cook the crepe until it becomes golden, about 1-2 minutes for the first side.

Flip the crepe:

Flip it over and continue cooking it on the other side for only 10-15 seconds. Repeat the same steps for the remaining batter.

Serve them:

Serve your crepes warm or chilled with your favorite sweet or savory toppings.
