A heartwarming gluten-free cream of vegetables soup without cream.




  1. Put the vegetables in a deep pot.
  2. Pour water in it and boil until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Mix milk and rice flour well and pour it into the pot when the veggies are tender enough.
  4. Boil it for about 10 minutes over medium low heat, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add salt and butter and stir.
  6. Garnish with celeriac leaves and serve warm.
