Notes

  1. Adjust seasonings to taste: While we provide measurements for the ingredients, it's important to taste and adjust the seasonings to your liking.
  2. Be careful with the garlic: While garlic adds a delicious flavor to the sauce, be careful not to use too much, as it can easily overpower the other ingredients.
  3. Store properly: To keep the sauce fresh, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  4. Pair with other vegetables: In addition to artichokes, this sauce pairs well with a variety of vegetables, making it a versatile and delicious addition to your vegetable platters and salads.
  5. Dip the stem: Don't forget to dip the stem of the artichoke into the sauce, as it is often overlooked but still delicious!
