Vegan hot chocolate made with almond milk and sweetened with maple syrup.



Hot Chocolate:

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 and ½ tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 and ½ tablespoon maple syrup


  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon shredded coconut flakes


  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Put it over medium high heat and bring it to boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for a few minutes until foamy.
  4. Share it in cups and top with coconut oil and coconut flakes.
