Tuna Salad with Chickpeas
A healthy yet filling salad with chickpeas, tuna, tomatoes and cucumbers.

Salad:
- 15 ounces tuna canned
- 15 ounces chickpeas rinsed and drained
- ½ cup cucumber chopped
- ½ cup tomatoes chopped
- ¼ cup peas canned
- 1 red onion chopped
- ¼ cup fresh dill chopped
Shallot Vinaigrette:
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 shallot finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Combine everything for the vinaigrette in a jar and shake well.
Mix together the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Toss with the vinaigrette.
Season with extra salt if needed and serve.
