Pasta with Feta Cheese

A simple dinner with pasta, feta and parsley.
Yields: 4
PREP 5 minutes
COOK 15 minutes
TOTAL 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS
  

  • 250 g pasta of your choice
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup feta crumbled
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Cook pasta according to pakage directions.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a skillet. Bring it to medium-low heat.
  • Toss in pasta and drizzle olive oil over it.
  • Throw crumbled feta into it, stir.
  • Add salt and share into dishes.
  • Top with chopped parsley and serve.
