Lemon Crinkle Cake Mix Cookies
Super easy lemon crinkle cookies made with cake mix and flavored with lemon juice and lemon zest.

- 1 box lemon cake mix 15.25 ounce
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 375F/190C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together cake mix, eggs, oil, lemon juice and lemon zest.
Chill the dough for 30 minutes (optional).
Make balls and drop them into a bowl of powderd sugar. Coat all sides with powderd sugar.
Place them on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Let them cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack.
