Homemade Peach Cobbler With Fresh Peaches
The easiest homemade cobbler recipe ever. Use it with any fruit.

- 2 and ½ cups peach slices ripe and firm
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
For the topping:
- ½ cup butter melted
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspon salt
- 1 egg
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place the peach slices into a greased 8 inch square cake pan. In a small bowl mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle this over peach slices.
In a large bowl whisk together melted butter and sugar.
In a small bowl combine together the flour, baking powder and salt. Pour this over the butter-sugar mixture. Stir well with a spatula.
Add in a whole egg and mix well until smooth with a spatula. It should be a thick batter.
Spread this over the peach slices. You can use a small knife or spatula to spread the batter on the all peaches.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
