Fresh Fig Bruschetta

A super easy fig bruschetta recipe with cream cheese and fresh figs dipped into tahini.

INGREDIENTS

For Tahini Dipped Figs:

½
cup
tahini
2
tablespoons
molasses
1
tablespoon
pistachios
1
teaspoon
sesame seeds
For Bruschetta:
Crusty sourdough bread loaf
sliced
1
cup
cream cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare The Figs:
Slice the figs lengthwise or widthwise.
Dip each slice in tahini and place them on a plate in a single layer.
Leave a drop of date syrup in the middle and gently spread it with the bottom of a small spoon.
Sprinkle crumbled pistachio and roasted sesame seeds on each.
Chill them for 15-20 minutes and serve.
Fig Bruschetta Assembly:
Optionally, toast the bread slices in a pan or in the oven.
Spread cream cheese over each slice of bread.
Top each with tahini dipped figs.
NOTES
If you want to make the recipe vegan, use vegan cream cheese or mashed avocado or peanut butter as a spread and top it with figs.
