Fettucine with Salmon and Tomatoes

It’s one of the easiest fettucine recipes but with a healthy twist.

INGREDIENTS
  

  • 8 oz fettuccine dry
  • 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon garlic chopped
  • 3 cups tomato chopped
  • 7 oz salmon canned in water
  • 2 teaspoon dill weed dried
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup milk fat-free

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Cook fettuccini according to package directions; drain in colander and set aside, keeping warm.
  • Heat a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Sauté the garlic until golden brown, about 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and sauté briefly. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until heated through.
  • Toss with the cooked pasta and serve hot.
