Baked Apple Slices Recipe
Baked apple slices flavored with cinnamon, almonds and orange juice. Taste almost like an apple pie.

- 4-5 apples
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 and ½ teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- A handful of almonds
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- ⅓ cup water
Preheat oven to 350F.
Peel and core apples and slice them lengthwise as evenly as possible. Don’t maket hem too thin.
Put them in a baking pan. Top with brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch and roughly chopped almonds.
Pour orange juice and water over them. Toss to combine and cover with foil.
Bake for 50 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until fork tender.
Serve warm with cream or vanilla ice cream.
