Simple Avocado Bruschetta is a special treat due to its simplicity. You will find one of the yummiest taste behind this simplicity. The flavors of sea salted avocado, sliced tomatoes and black olives are just in a wonderful balance. If you are into quick yet scrumptious appetizers and snack bites, this recipe is for you!
Do you sometimes feel hungry when there is still time for dinner or after dinner at midnight? Then you need a quick, tasty and healthy snack. What is the first food coming in your mind when you hear the word ‘healthy’? You can guess mine. Right, it is avocado. I can eat avocado in any form. It makes everything even tastier and healthier.
Our favorite avocado recipe of all time is Egg and Avocado Toast, but sometimes you need even easier things. This is such a simple recipe you can make in a few minutes. You don’t need many ingredients for it: one ripe avocado, tomatoes and black olives. I seasoned my bruschetta with seasalt, but it is optional. You don’t even have to give your avocado a smash, you can just use random slices of avocado.
Even the simpler version of a Simple Avocado Bruschetta could be avocado itself on the toast with a little sea salt, it is completely up to your taste. I sometimes have it that way. I wanted to use the last tomatoes I bought from our local bazaar this time. I think these are the last tomatoes with a summer taste. Black olives and tomatoes make one of the best couples, so I wanted to have them meet on a tasty and healthy snack.
You can make this Simple Avocado Bruschetta to serve at a party too. Just make sure you squeeze a little lemon on avocado slices to prevent them from getting brownish.Print
