Instructions

  1. Cut quince in halves, remove seeds and chop in cubes.
  2. Put some pomegranate seeds aside for garnish.
  3. Squeeze pomegranate.
  4. Put chopped quince, pomegranate juice and raisin in a pot.
  5. Peel a small piece of ginger and toss in.
  6. Pour 4 cups water in it.
  7. Boil it until quince pieces are tender.
  8. Let it cold.
  9. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.

Notes

Notes:

Don’t boil pomegranate seeds, use them just for garnish when serving.

Use quince with its peel.
