  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until they hold well in a ball. You can add extra pumpkin puree or oats if needed.
  2. Chill for about 20 minutes.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and roll the mixture into 23 balls.
  4. Optionally, you can top each ball with rose petals and serve immediately.
  5. You can store in a covered container in the refrigerator up to a week.
