Pea With Potato |



  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat and saute onion and red bell pepper.
  2. Add potatoes and stir for a few minutes. Add a little water if necessary.
  3. Add peas and hot water. Increase heat and bring it to boil.
  4. Reduce heat to medium, add salt and black pepper; cover the pot and cook for about 20 minutes until patotoes and peas tender. Set aside to cool.
  5. Mix lemon juice and the rest of the olive oil, pour it over the dish. Garnish it with fresh dill and serve.
