Mini Pizzas for Breakfast

Mini pizzas topped with tomatoes, green peppers, cheese and sujuk.




  1. Mix flour, instant yeast, salt and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Add in egg white, olive oil, milk and yogurt one by one and mix with your hand.
  3. Knead it until soft and non sticky.
  4. You can add a little flour or water if needed.
  5. Cover it and wait for 40 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven at 180C.
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Take small balls from dough and flatten them on the counter.
  9. Transfer them onto parchment paper and cover with a piece of clean cloth.
  10. Wait for 15 minutes.
  11. Mix topping ingredients and top your pizzas with them.
  12. Bake for 30 minutes.
  13. Serve warm or cold.
