Top your hummus with dried beef and love it more!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Put chickpeas and water in a food processor and mix until smooth.
  2. Add tahini, lemon juice mashed garlic, salt and cumin and mix.
  3. Transfer it on a plate.
  4. Heat a small skillet and melt butter in it.
  5. Fry pastirma or bacon slices in it for 2 minutes.
  6. Top hummus with these and chopped parsley.

Notes

Add pastirma or bacon just before serving since these don’t taste good cold.
