  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon


  • Pomegranate arils
  • Pistachio
  • Poppy seeds
  • Cinnamon


  1. In a medium bowl, whip all the ingredients together with a fork or a whisk until the ingredients are fully combined.
  2. Garnish with pomegranate arils, pistachio, poppy seeds and cinnamon. Serve with your favorite fruit.
