Butter a 9 x 5 loaf pan and line it with parchment paper. Butter the bottom of the paper too to remove it easier.
Whisk together the sugar and egg until creamy. Add in oil and plain yogurt and mix well.
Mash the bananas with a fork and add it into the mixture.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Pour this gradually into the wet mixture.
Fold in the chocolate chips and pour it into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on the top and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
