Cheese and herbs pinwheels made with pyllo sheets.




  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
  3. Mix feta, parsley, dill and egg white for filling. Put it aside.
  4. Whisk the yolk well.
  5. Add in yogurt and olive oil, mix well until smooth.
  6. Lay a phyllo sheet on counter.
  7. Brush it with yogurt mixture.
  8. Lay another phyllo sheet right on it so that they overlap.
  9. Brush it with the mixture.
  10. Put half of the filling on one side of it and roll it up tightly.
  11. Repeat the same steps for the other two phyllo sheets.
  12. Cut the rolls in bite size and place them in oven tray.
  13. Brush their tops with yogurt mixture and sprinkle sesame seeds over them.
  14. Bake them for 45 minutes until golden.
