A little crispy on the outside and soft in the center. These cinnamon sugar flavored butternut squash bites are perfect for movie days, game nights or any party!




  1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Fry butternut squash cubes over medium low heat until slightly tender, for about 10 minutes.
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and sprinkle over the skillet. Continue frying them for about 15 minutes shaking occasionally so that they are blended with cinnamon sugar well.
  3. Drizzle over grape molasses and cook for another 10 minutes over the lowest heat.
  4. Serve warm or cold with pomegranate seeds or nuts.
