Dried corns are boiled, buttered and topped with chili powder.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried corn
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Soak dried corn overnight.
  2. Boil it with 2 cups water in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes and drain.
  3. Share it in cups when corns are still warm and add enough butter on each.
  4. Sprinkle salt and chili powder over them.
  5. Serve warm.
