Sometimes you need to be quick, right? And you want things to be as simple and easy as possible. This 5-Ingredient Fig Pizza is one of those quick, simple, easy yet very tasty things. I used whole wheat tortilla for this pizza and believe me it is so TASTY and you won’t even miss the pizza dough.

The sweetness of fresh figs make a perfect balance with the tanginess of summer tomato sauce and the cheese. I used a Turkish cheese called kasar, but you can replace it with parmesan or mozzarella or any type of cheese you like.

Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 3 teaspoons Homemade Pizza Sauce
- 4 figs, sliced
- 1 and ½ cup grated cheese (kasar, parmesan or mozzarella)
- Basil leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the tortilla on it or on a pizza stone.
- Spread the pizza sauce on tortilla well. Place fig slices on it. Sprinkle grated cheese over them and bake for 15 minutes.
- Garnish with some fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
