Figs are finally in season and I want to have them for all meals of the day. They are my all time favorite fruit and I can’t eat enough of them. I can have them even when are unripe. Weird? Check out our green fig preserve, which is one of the best fruit desserts on earth!

I know they don’t need any other additions when they are ripe enough, eating them right away is already one of the greatest thing in the world but surprising people with some chocolate covered figs would be great too! And this 5-Ingredient Fig Pizza would even become the winner of your family and friend meetings this summer.

Sometimes you need to be quick, right? And you want things to be as simple and easy as possible. This 5-Ingredient Fig Pizza is one of those quick, simple, easy yet very tasty things. I used whole wheat tortilla for this pizza and believe me it is so TASTY and you won’t even miss the pizza dough.

The sweetness of fresh figs make a perfect balance with the tanginess of summer tomato sauce and the cheese. I used a Turkish cheese called kasar, but you can replace it with parmesan or mozzarella or any type of cheese you like.

Try this 5-Ingredient Fig Pizza this summer when figs are in season and thank me later!
