I love zuchinni, I love eggplant – this recipe looks perfect. But I confess that since I love al my veggies, we do not have many leftovers. But now I have a new recipe to make use of all my favorites. So I have to ask, what is this dish called? Yaz-Kış Türlüsü ? =) Just kidding, I saw that you shortened the word to Türlü.

That is an excellent way to use up the vegetables in your fridge all at once! My daughter always loves a mixture of vegetables better than any one single veggie by itself, so this is a great recipe to make for her!

I’m a person who hates wasted foods. I love when you put all the veggies together and it tastes different everytime you make it because you’re using what you have on hand. This sounds terrific.
