You might think that these Orange Chocolate Brownies are heavy and too dense since they are loaded with cocoa powder and chocolate, but no they are so light and airy due to orange juice and orange zest I used. The moistness comes both from orange juice and from melted dark chocolate. We mostly use orange zest in Creamy Rice Pudding to give it a little more freshness, but I think orange is one of the best fruit to pair with chocolate, they go very well together in brownies!
