Mantar Sote

Ingredients
•    500gr mushroom
•    2 onions, chooped
•    5 garlic cloves, sliced
•    2 green peppers, chopped
•    ½ cup olive oil
•    1 tomato, peeled and chopped
•    1 tbsp tomato paste
•    Black pepper
•    Oregano
•    Salt
•    1/2 cup water

Wash mushrooms, peel and slice them big.

Saute onions with oilve oil in a pan. Add tomato paste and stir. Pour water.

Add sliced garlic cloves and peppers.

Then add mushrooms and stir occasionaly over high heat. Let them leave their juice and absorb it back.

Finally, add tomato and salt. Cook it 5 minutes over medium heat.

Season it with black pepper and oregano after it is cooked.

Serve it with meat or chicken dishes.

Her love of cooking started as a little child by messing her mom's dishes up! Despite all her mom's effort to teach her how to cook, she was happy as an 'assistant'. What made her want to jump to an upper level was her dad's compliments for the first dish she made herself. Finally, her husband, who claims that ancient humans were stronger than we are today as their main food source was meat, helped her love cooking meat dishes and improving vegetable dishes to make them more edible for him!
