Again you make me homesick (friendsick?) for my Turkish friend.
She first made me this breakfast and I still make it for myself.
So simple and so delcious : 9
I now have chickens and their eggs make this so much better than using eggs from a store.</description>

		<description>I used to have this for breakfast when I lived in Ankara, Tukey. The only variation is my brother in law would add some sucuk(turkish sausage)to it and some chillies for extra kick. Brings back lots of memories. I make it sometimes here in the UK but it just doesnt taste the same as it did in lovely ankara.</description>
