Oh I am with you! Lamb is my favorite. I have been so behind in blogging. Summer I guess, with two kids....?? Anyway, I finally put up a post this morning and it was a lamb dish. Love it.

My husband and I must be part Turkish because we LOVE lamb! If it is on the menu, regardless of the type of restaurant, he will order it. Now, between you and Jenn, you've revived my interest in zucchini - I became a little tired of it last year because I grew so much! But your adaptation of her recipe looks delicious and I'd love to try it with both the marinara and yogurt sauces.

Gera- The word 'lamb' is every time enough to water my mouth.

Leesie- Not frying is the biggest reason why I wanted to try Jenn's recipe. White horsedish sauce also sounds great with zucchini.

Hugging the coast- It was absolutely succulent.

Jenn- Glad you like my changes in your recipe. I love sesame and thought it would be good with zucchini. And it really was.

Sara- This is so easy, you can try it. The lamb smells and tastes great!

Natasha- I love using tomato and rosemary on red meat. They enhance its flavor.

Janet- We eat first with our eyes, don't we?

OysterCulture- My husband loves lamb so much that we sometimes go to a mountain restaurant to have lamb roasted over wood fire. We can invite you and your husband there :)

Nora- I hope you love it this weekend.

The Duo Dishes- I think feta completes what is missing in zucchini.

Eddie- I'd be happy if you share the result when you try it.

Adding feta to the zucchini coating is a nice touch. Lots of packed in flavor.

Zerrin, Your posts need to come with a warning label - if I had opened this page with my husband in the room, game over. Even if we live in an apartment, we'd be buying the spit and everything else to make this delicious looking lamb. It sounds absolutely incredible.
