Let’s get started!
Topping: – ground beef, 80% lean – onions, finely chopped – tomatoes, finely chopped – parsley, finely chopped – tomato paste – salt – black pepper – paprika – cumin – vinegar – water
Dough: – flour, – salt – lukewarm water

Whisk the flour and salt in a bowl. Slowly pour the water over them and knead until smooth. Cut it into balls and let them rest.

Combine all the ingredients for topping in a bowl. Roll out the dough balls, top them with the ground meat mixture. Bake for 8 min.

Serve lahmacuns with tomato salad, sliced onions and parsley on the side. Top your lahmacun with these, squeeze lemon over them and roll it up to eat.
