A lot of countries seem to be keen to get Unesco protection. I am curious as to what that gets them in the long run.
You know there are some foods in our cuisine origins of which are controversial. As we shared our land with Greeks and Armenians in the past, we have several common foods. To prevent any debates, the Unesco protection could be a solution.
