There are restaurants around the country that serve only soups in the morning. Nothing could be better in chilly mornings than this cream of mushroom soup. And I love it hot!

- 200gr mushroom
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tbsp cream
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper
- Wash the mushrooms and slice them thin. Put them in a pot, add 3 cups water and salt. Cook these mushrooms until it boils for 10 minutes. Then remove the mushrooms into a bowl with a sieve.
- In another pot, put olive oil and flour. Cook it until it changes color.
- Then pour milk and 2 cups of water in which you boil mushrooms. Stir it.After that add the mushrooms and pepper. Bring it to boil. Stir occasionally.?After it boils for 5 minutes, add cream and let it boil for extra 3 minutes.
