This is another simple but delicious salad recipe. It goes very well with any kind of main dish. You can also make a sandwich with this salad by adding some cheese.

• A small red cabbage
• 3 scallions
• 1 lemon
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
Slice the red cabbage. Sprinkle salt and squeeze lemon on it. Wait it for at least half an hour.
Then chop the scallions and add it on the cabbage. Dress it with olive oil. If you like, you may also add some yogurt for dressing.
