What makes these chocolate-diped marshmallows perfect for special occasions? For one thing, they are dipped into chocolate and no celebration is good without chocolate! If you are planning to celebrate your anniversary or Valentine’s day, then chocolate is a must since it’s the most romantic food ever!
Buying a box of chocolate as a gift might sound like a cliche. I promise chocolate-dipped marshmallows are NOT! You don’t need a lot of time making these, nor do you need baking skills. Just melt the chocolate and have fun! They don’t need to wait in the refrigerator very long; just 30 minutes will be enough. If you still want everything ready for the special day ahead, you can make these a day before the celebration and pack into some nice boxes. You don’t need to keep them in the refrigerator after chilled unless it’s not too hot outside.

- 20 marshmallows
- 50g dark chocolate
- ¼ cup sprinkles
- Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over boilimg water and let it cool a little.
- Dip half of each marshmallow in the melted chocolate and make them stand, chocolate covered parts will look up.
- Wait 2 minutes and then dip them into sprinkles.
- Chill for 30 minutes and serve or pack.
