Wait dried mushrooms in warm water for half an hour before cooking.
To marinate msuhrooms, keep them in marinade sauce (a combination of olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice) in refrigerator for 2 days.
Rub mushrooms with half lemon or wait them in water with a little lemon juice if you want them whiter.
Avoid using aluminium pans as it destroys the color of mushroom.
