This basic hot chocolte is like one of the signs of winter in many homes. You can eaily be tempted by the mesmerizing scent of hot chocolate filling your home and feel extremely happy on a freezing day even if you’re not a winter person.

I think my sense of smelling is much stronger than my other senses since I just can’t resist the smell of some foods. Chocolate is one of them and it becomes like an obsession to smell it when it’s in liquid form. You know its smell stands out more when hot.

Basic hot chocolate contains just three ingredients: whole milk, sugar and dark chocolate. You should melt the chocolate very well before mixing it with milk. It must be very very hot when served. A cup of hot chocolate will help you forget about the cold and you will start to enjoy winter. The only thing to pair with hot chocolate is a romantic movie like Chocolate, in which Juliette Binoche and Johnny Depp acted- one of my favorite movies ever! Chocolate –either in liquid or solid form is highly recommended when watching this movie!
