You all might be familiar with this fruit cocktail, but I will share a secret ingredient I use in it: grape molasses (pekmez in Turkish)! You must definitely try this cocktail with it, it rocks! Grape molasses is rich in iron and when you have it with Vitamin C sources, your body gets maximum benefit from iron. This makes this drink even healthier!

If you want keep the viruses away from you too, get armoured with this atomic cocktail!

Yay! Congratulations on your new camera and have fun playing with it! These photos are lovely and colorful. Although this cocktail helps to ward off cold weather viruses, it also looks like a refreshing drink that’s perfect for hot weather, too. I had a jar of pekmez before but now I will have to try and find it here in Manila. 8-)

Tracey, it’s nice to ‘talk’ to you again! I take photos with my new camera every now and then! I have a lot to learn about it, so I must practise a lot. You’re right, this drink would be great in summer too! I’m not sure the freshness of the citrus fruits though. Hope you can find pekmez there, it is unbelievable!

Hi Maria, I’ve never had blastrap molasses, but I guess it’s as sweet and healthful as grape molasses, so why not? Would love to hear the result if you try.
