Obesity has become one of the most dangerous diseases among kids. The cause of obesity is eating unhealthy foods, so parents should be more careful on the foods they give to their kids. Here are the  main unhealthy foods that kids should avoid.

Candies: Candies at markets contain chemicals for their colors. They also contain high amount of sugar, which may also cause tooth decay. These colored candies arelikely to  cause diseases like obesity, diabetes, cancer, hypertension and asthma. Parents could make homemade candies from fruits, which will absolutely be healthier.

Packaged Soup: This powdered soup is processed many times and has several additives,  which expand its shelf life. Parents can definitely make homemade soup powder with no additives.

Fast Food: Trans fat, which is the most harmful fat, is used for hamburgers and this might cause heart diseases besides obesity. Also, soft drinks might cause stomach andintestine problems because of acid they contain. Parents could make tasty burgers at home and serve with fresh fruit juice.

Salami and Sausages: Producers add sodium nitrite to these to make them more tasty and this might unfortunately cause cancer, leukemia and brain tumour. The additive called monosodium glutamate destroys nerve system, migraine, alzheimer and obesity.

Mayonnaise: It contins raw egg, which is so harmful for kids. It might even cause death. Also, it has several additives, so it causes cancer and obesity.
