Fast Food: Trans fat, which is the most harmful fat, is used for hamburgers and this might cause heart diseases besides obesity. Also, soft drinks might cause stomach andintestine problems because of acid they contain. Parents could make tasty burgers at home and serve with fresh fruit juice.

Salami and Sausages: Producers add sodium nitrite to these to make them more tasty and this might unfortunately cause cancer, leukemia and brain tumour. The additive called monosodium glutamate destroys nerve system, migraine, alzheimer and obesity.

Mayonnaise: It contins raw egg, which is so harmful for kids. It might even cause death. Also, it has several additives, so it causes cancer and obesity.
